Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how MyTimetrack handles information when you use: (a) the MyTimetrack mobile app (iOS and Android), and (b) our website.

Key idea: we do not run a user account system. Most information you enter in the app is stored on your device.

1. Information you enter in the app

The app lets you create and store time tracking data such as projects, time blocks, labels, rates, invoice details, and timesheet email settings. This information is stored locally on your device.

2. Device authentication (Face ID / biometrics)

The app can use your device authentication (such as Face ID) to unlock the app. We do not access or store your biometric information. Authentication is handled by your device operating system.

3. Exports and sharing

When you export a CSV timesheet or share data, the content is sent using the app or service you choose (for example, your email provider). We do not receive a copy unless you intentionally send it to us.

4. GreenInvoice integration (optional)

If you enable the GreenInvoice integration, the app sends invoice-related data you provide directly to GreenInvoice's API. Your GreenInvoice credentials and configuration are stored on your device and used to communicate with GreenInvoice. GreenInvoice's handling of that data is governed by their policies.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details.

6. Website hosting and technical data

Our website is served via Cloudflare Pages. Like most websites, Cloudflare may process basic technical request data (such as IP address, user agent, and request timestamps) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which may also receive technical data such as your IP address.

7. Data retention and deletion

Your app data stays on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the app.

8. Children's privacy

MyTimetrack is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
